These are adorable little pom-poms you can hang from your ceiling.
What you'll need:
- Tissue paper
- Scissors
- Florist wire
- Ribbon
Step by step instruction:
- Fold the paper in an accordion-like style.
- Cut the edges into a roundish shape.
- Using your florist wire, wrap it around the center of your paper and tie a ribbon to it, so you can hang it up.
- Gently pull apart the layers of tissue to form a sphere.
